1 (2 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 qts. water
1 tsp. salt
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup crushed Hot and Spicy Cheeze-It crackers, (crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water and salt to a boil. Cook macaroni for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine macaroni, cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and onion. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes.
