1 head lettuce
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 bag fritos
Catalina dressing
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Season, brown, and drain hamburger meat; return to skillet. Drain beans and add to meat. In salad bowl, prepare lettuce for salad. Add fritos, cheese, meat and beans. Add Catalina dressing and toss.

This is Molly Kate's favorite meal. Cheesa makes fun of us for loving it, but we do! Of course, serve with garlic toast!
