1 lb. lump crab meat
1 c. grated pepper jack cheese
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. green onion
5 to 6 roasted garlic, minced
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
dash of salt and pepper

Preheat oven on 325º

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake 40 mins. Serve with crackers or toasted pita chips.
