1 lb angel hair or spaghettini
2 T. olive oil
5-10 garlic cloves
1/4 c. chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 t. crushed red pepper
1/2 - 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1-2 anchovies

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions.
Drain pasta reserving 1 cup cooking water.
While pasta cooks, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and anchovies and cook 2 minutes until anchovies are broken up and garlic is fragrant and golden (do not burn!). Remove from heat, stir in cooking water, parsley and pepper. Add pasta to pan, stir well to coat. Return pan to med heat, cook 1 minute tossing to coat. Place in bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
