3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together.
Break eggs into blender or bowl and beat.
Add 1/4 cup of milk and dry ingredients.
Beat or blend on low.
Add remaining milk, scrape sides & blend or beat again.
Refrigerate 1 or more hours.
Spray or coat muffin tin.
Fill each cup 1/3 full.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 450 º NO PEEKING, they will fall.
