Small green tomatoes
Small onions
Celery strips
Cucumber strips
Carrot strips
Broccoli or cauliflower
Garlic
Red sweet pepper strips
Green sweet pepper strips
2 Hungarian peppers per quart (hot yellow pepper)
Salt
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pack sterilized quart jars with vegetables. Add salt to water till an egg will float. Use 3 parts salty water to 1 part vinegar. Pearce peppers with a knife to let vinegar solution in. Poor vinegar mixture over vegetables and let stand a few days and refill jars with vinegar solution then seal jars
