2 cups oatmeal, cooked
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, sugar, craisins, and pecans. Stir in baking powder, cinnamon, salt and butter. Add egg and milk. Stir until well-blended. Pour into buttered individual oven-proof bowls; fill 2/3 full. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and cool. Oatmeal can be stored in refrigerator 3 or 4 days. Cover each bowl with plastic wrap or foil. Serves 5 or 6. To reheat, cover with foil; bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or reheat in microwave.
