1 lb. Owens hot sausage
frozen hash browns (approx. 1/2 bag)
grated cheese
salsa
flour tortillas
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Cook hash browns according to package instructions (I use an electric skillet with a little olive oil.) Heat tortillas on both sides in an iron skillet with a very small amount of olive oil. Fill tortillas with sausage, hash browns, cheese and salsa.
