1 lb. roll hot sausage
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage until cooked, then drain. Mix cheese cubes with sausage until melted. Spread mixture on halved muffins. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These freeze well if muffin halves are individually wrapped in plastic wrap.

Variation: Use bruschetta instead of English muffins for smaller servings. Some may prefer the flavor of the bread, and it is especially good to do if serving with other items.
