2 Boneless chicken breast, sliced
good quality beef sausage, cut into bite size pieces
2 cloves garlic
onion, chopped
bell pepper, diced
salt / pepper
1 can diced tomato
water
asparagus

cooked brown rice
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in electric skillet. Brown chicken with onions and bell pepper. Near finish, press in garlic. Add sausage & brown. Spread ingredients around pan & top with can of tomatoes. Add 1 can water. Place asparagus on top and cover. Cook until asparagus is tender. Salt /pepper to taste. Serve with brown rice.
