3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and butter. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, margarine, and pecans. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
