1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 small cans crushed pineapple
1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box powered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, soda, eggs and pineapple. Pour in greased and floured long pan. Bake at 350º until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
For Icing: Melt cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Stir icing until smooth and pur over hot cake.
