4 cups or 1 (6 oz.) box of stuffing mix
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon margarine
6 uncooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Paprika
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stuffing, 1/2 cup boiling water, and 1 tablespoon margarine. Spoon stuffing across center of 2 quart (or larger) shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Mix soup, milk, and parsley. Pour over chicken. Bake covered at 400º for 15 minutes and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serves 6.
