10 lb. Beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
salt, pepper, seasoning of your choice
5 (14 oz. cans) Beef Broth
flour
Vegetable Oil for browning meat
3 Bell Peppers, Cored, Seeds removed and sliced
2 onions, Sliced
cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Season Meat with Salt, pepper and any seasoning you like. Let sit for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, pour beef broth and an equal amount of water into a large pot and bring to a simmer.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Flour meat and brown well on all sides in oil.
Remove meat from oil and add to broth mix. Add bell peppers, onions. Stir. Simmer for at least an hour.
Serve over rice
