1 1/2 cups corn meal
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
4 chopped jalapeņos

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Bake in hot, greased skillet at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
