Ingredients:  
1 Whole Salmon, appropriately cleaned for stuffing, tail on
2 sheets heavy duty foil
2-3 lemons, thinly sliced
2 onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup butter
salt/pepper
dill stalks

Directions:
Directions:
Fill fish cavity with lemons, onions, dill and butter.
Wrap completely with foil.
Bake 450º
for 8-10 lb fish bake 30-40 minutes,
Adjust for fish size
Unwrap, serve on heat-proof platter
Sprinkle with capers, serve as appetizer with
crackers, crustini and sour cream
