Crust:
12 T. melted butter
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 T. sugar
lb. graham cracker crumbs

Filling:
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 pt. sour cream
tsp. vanilla
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix and pat into 9x13 pan

Filling:
Beat cream cheese: add sugar gradually. Add one egg at a time. Fill crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Topping:
Mix together and pour over baked cheesecake. Bake at 500 an additional 5 minutes. Watch closely. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
