15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
3 cups sugar
5 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 qt. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add the oil, eggs, and buttermilk and mix well. Store this in a covered container in the refrigerator and use as needed; it will keep for up to 6 weeks. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Preheat oven to 385 degrees and bake for 18 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen muffins.
