2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1 bunch chopped green onions (whites only)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
Tabasco to taste
French bread
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach; drain and pat dry. Set aside. Melt butter; saute onions until soft. Add spinach, Mozzarella, Cheddar and garlic; mix well. Spread mixture on French bread halves. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
