6 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
˝ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 ˝ lb cooked hamburger, drained
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth or beef consommé
˝ cup water
3 tablespoons tomato paste or ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ˝ cups nonfat sour cream

Directions:
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Cook hamburger and add mushrooms, then drain. Meanwhile mix flour, salt and pepper. Mix flour mixture with hamburger and mushrooms. In same skillet add stir in broth, water, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered until everything is heated throughout. Stir in sour cream; cook about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Serve over noodles.
