5 lbs. (9 large) potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Teaspoon onion salt
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool; cover and put in refrigerator. To use, place desired amount in greased casserole. Dot with butter and bake 350 degrees until heated through, about 30 minutes or longer, depending on how deep the dish is.
