1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in butter and then roll in crushed potato chips. Lay in shallow baking pan. Do not overlap or turn chicken while baking. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Yield: 2 to 4 servings.
