1-1/2 Cups macaroni elbows
4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz Velveeta cheese, grated
4 oz Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheese
1 egg
½ stick butter
½ cup milk
1-2 pinch hot mustard powder
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and cook Macaroni according to package. Combine egg, butter, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a pan. Heat and stir until butter melts. Add cheeses and stir until melted, then stir in macaroni.
Spread mixture into 8" casserole. Bake at 340F for 40 minutes.

Think about adding diced onion if you don't plan on keeping any for left overs… diced jalapeño is fun too... and my favorite.. a can of drained Ro-Tel tomatoes. Another really nice alternative is to add a can of drained Tyson Premium Chunk White Chicken.
