4 chicken breast halves
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can diced chilies
2 cups sour cream
1/2 lb. grated Monterrey Jack cheese
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Bone, skin, and boil chicken; cut into chunks. Combine soups, chilies, and sour cream. Add cooked chicken. Top with cheese and place in a 375 degree oven until bubbly. Serve over rice. Makes 7-8 servings.
