1 c. mayo
2 c. shredded colbyjack cheese
8oz soften cream cheese
3 green onion chopped
real bacon bits
Ritz crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo, colbyjack cheese, cream cheese, and green onion. Place in a microwave safe bowl. I like to use a glass pan. Sprinkle with bacon bit, to taste. Then sprinkle with a handful of crushed Ritz crackers. Cook in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with crackers.
