2 to 3 lbs. ground beef
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 lg. diced onion
1 lg. diced bell pepper
2 to 3 stalks diced celery
1/2 to 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup oatmeal
10 crumbled crackers
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt or 2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup catsup

Mix eggs, sauce, catsup, sauce, salt, and pepper. Add all other ingredients except meat. Knead in hamburger meat. Coat top and sides with more catsup. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hr. to 1 hr. 15 minutes. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Cooking time may vary depending on the amount of hamburger. Cut into center to make sure the hamburger meat is no longer pink.
