Ingredients:
Ingredients:
I loaf Bridgeford frozen bread
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp each of these herbs; dried and crushed:
basil-thyme-rosemary-sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Set bread out on a cookie sheet to thaw and grease a bundt pan.

Meanwhile combine the cheese, herbs and garlic powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl melt the butter.

When the bread is thawed break apart into small rolls about the size of a 50 cent piece. Dip each roll into the melted butter and then roll in the cheese herb mix. Place in the bundt pan evenly stacking the rolls on top of each other. Cover the pan with a towel or lid and let the rolls rise to almost the top of the pan before baking.

Bake at 350 until the top is brown and sounds hollow when you thump it. (approx. 30 minutes)

Remove from pan immediately; pour a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a dish for dipping.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can substitute a pkg of the frozen Bridgeford rolls instead of the bread loaf. I found that one pkg. of rolls is a little to much so only fill the bundt pan 1/2 way. Save the remainder for another day.
Enjoy :)
