1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 T chopped fresh parsley
3 T light mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 lb lump crabment, drained and shell pieces removed
1 1/2 panko (Japanese bread crumbs), divided
1 T olive oil, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a med bowl, fold in crabment. Gently stir in 3/4 cup panko, cover and chill 30 minutes.
Divide crab mixture into 8 equal portions, shape each into 3/4 inch patty. Place remaing 3/4 cup panko in a shallow dish. Dredge 1 patty at a time in panko.
Heat oil in med skillet over med/high heat.
Cook patties in oil 7 minutes, turn 7 additional minutes. enjoy!
