4 3/4 inch thick bone-in pork loin chops
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 T veg cooking oil (I like coconut oil)
1 T all-purpose flour or tapioca flour
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup red pepper jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, melt the oil in a skillet and cook over med-high heat. Add pork chops and cook 8 min, turn and cook 10 minutes until done.
Remove from skillet and keep warm
Add flour and cook, stirring constantly 1-2 minutes, Add wine, stirring up particles from skillet.
Reduce, add chicken broth, cook 2-3 minutes until thickened, whisk in red pepper jelly until melted and smooth. Return pork to skillet, warm through, salt and pepper to taste.
