1 3/4 lbs. small red potatoes-quartered
1 small onion-quartered
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 t. dried rosemary, crushed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 t. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine potatoes, onion, oil, rosemary, garlic and garlic salt. Toss to coat Transfer to a cookie sheet. Bake uncovered @425º for 25-30 min.or until tender and brown.

You can add sliced mushrooms and sliced fresh zucchini tossed with a little olive oil after the potatoes have baked for 15 min.
