tin foil
1 medium/large potato per person
1 medium cooking onion or green onions
feta cheese to taste
margarine for greasing tinfoil

Directions:
Directions:
Lay tinfoil in a large + shape. Grease with margarine.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Place half of potatoes single layer on greased tinfoil.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped onions.
Place remaining potato slices on top.
Fold left to right and roll down edges of tin foil. Repeat folding in and rolling down top to bottom tin foil. Check to see if all edges are securely sealed.
Place on BBQ and cook on medium heat on one side for 12 minutes and then flip over for another 12 minutes.
Remove from BBQ and open foil to serve.

This recipe may be cooked in the microwave instead of the BBQ.
Grease a microwave proof dish( instead on the tinfoil). Layer potatoes, onions and feta cheese as above. Cover and cook on medium until potatoes are tender.
