8 pieces dark meat chicken cutlets
1/2 c. flour
1 T. paprika
1/2 T. granulated garlic
1/2 T. granulated onion
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard powder
1 T. vinegar
1 c. soy milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. black pepper
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ing. for flour mixture in bowl. Put vinegar in bottom of second bowl and add the soy milk.
Let sit for 10 min. Add spices, and mix.
Dredge chicken in the soy milk mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture. Heat oil in a pot. Cook chicken on both sides.
