2 tbs oil
2 c rice
4 c chicken broth
7-8 chicken bouillon cubes
garlic powder
red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil and rice to large pan and cook over high heat until browned. Add broth, 1/2 c water, bouillon cubes, and garlic and pepper to taste. Put on high heat, cover, and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Turn off heat, place a paper towel between pot and cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
