Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Fennel and Ginger are natural digestive aids and easy on the stomach, and if you use dark meat instead of white, you'll get 3 times more iron per serving. Patties can be individually wrapped and frozen for up to 3 months. This recipe was created by a nutritionalist for a cancer patient who loved hamburgers but had to cut out eating red meats and needed to find a tasty, healthy alternative to hamburger meat. Serenity and Kay really love these turkey burgers.
