1 chicken, roasted boned and cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup white grapes, halved
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup McIntosh apples, thinly sliced
Mayonnaise to taste
Dash of Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Chicken. Combine chicken with celery, grapes, walnuts and apples. Add enough mayonnaise to barely cover. Add Ginger and toss. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with fresh mint or parsley.
