3-4 lb. Chuck Roast
2 T. cooking oil
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
2 T. taco seasoning mix
2 T. beef bouillon
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, brown roast in oil. Combine tomatoes, taco seasoning mix, bouillon, and sugar; pour over roast.

Cover & simmer for 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. or until meat is tender. Remove roast to platter.

For gravy, pour pan juices into saucepan. Combine 1 cup water & 2-3 T. flour; stir until smooth. Add to pan juices; cook and stir until bubbly.
