Canned Tomatoes
Eggs (1 per person)
Bread for Toast (1 slice per person)
Bacon (3 small strips per person)
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat canned tomatoes to boiling and season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.

For each person, prepare a soft boiled egg. Then prepare a slice of toast and cook 3 small strips of bacon per person.

Put the toast on a serving plate, put a spoonful of the bacon fat on the toast. Cover with stewed tomatoes and put soft boiled egg in the middle. Garnish with bacon and parsley.
