2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 cups coarsely chopped sweet onion (Vidalia or Texas 1019)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, until lightly brown on top. Serve warm with crackers.
