3 (15 oz.) cans Bush's Black Eyed Peas, strained and rinsed
1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 to 5 medium jalapeņo peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Picante sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 medium bay leaves
3/4 cup chopped Tabasco Brand Spanish Olives
3/4 cup Italian dressing

Mix in serving bowl; refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
