1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
3 (4.5 oz.) cans diced green chiles
2 tsp. Mexi-Food Seasoning (index)
1 cup chicken broth
1 lb. deli American cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fresh veggies in a food processor. In saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese. Bring to a light simmer and cook about 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat and add cheese; simmer until melted. Add water or cheese if needed to adjust consistency.
