2 1/2 lbs Stew Meat
1/4 C Flour
2 t Pepper
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Red Wine
1 T Garlic
1 T Onion Powder
2 t Olive Oil
4 Carrots Rough Chopped
3 Med Potatoes rough chopped

Pat meat dry. Mix Flour and dry ingredients.Coat meat well with flour mixture.
Heat oil in deep oven safe skillet.Add meat and worcestershire sauce to pan
saute until meat is browned.preheat oven to 300.Add all other ingredients to
skillet,cover and place in oven for 2 hours.
