1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick
Tabasco to taste

Mix well and form into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sausage balls are a great addition to any party or even as a breakfast dish -- a Molly Kate favorite! When I was an English teacher, on TAKS test days, I would always start my students' morning off with a big batch of these!
