3 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 small to medium onion
1/4 of 1 bunch of cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, put Rotel, add onion (quartered), cilantro (leafy part only), garlic, oil, and salt. Blend on high for a few seconds and then puree. Chill before serving.

Everyone seems to love my salsa creation! It will become watery after a few days, so it is best to serve fresh.
