1 can Bumble Bee solid white tuna.
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 pkg. egg noodles cooked as per directions on bag.
1 can peas.
3 tbsp. butter.
2 cups milk.
flour to thicken (about 3 to 4 tbsp or more).
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In large saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add flour until soft dough forms. Add milk until sauce is thickened. When thickened, add dry onion soup mix, stir until blended. Crumble tuna and add to mix. Let simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. ( If mixture becomes to thick, add more milk. You want it to be able to cover the noodles as a sauce not a paste.) Add peas and continue to simmer

In separate pan, cook noodles according to directions on package. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain and rinse.

Add noodles cover and simmer until heated. Serve.
