20 oz pack frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 cup chopped Onion
1 cup chopped Celery
1 cup (real) Mayonnaise
1 bag grated Cheddar Cheese
20-25 crushed Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9x13 casserole dish. Mix vegetables, onion, celery, and mayo together and put in casserole dish. Add grated cheddar cheese then top with layer of crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
