2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powder sugar
1 8 oz sour cream
3 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup whipping cream
4 tbsp sugar
1 angel food cake (cubed)
2 qt. strawberry (sliced)
3 tbsp amaretto
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add sour cream, 2 tsp. vanilla and almond extract. In a separate bowl beat whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 T. sugar until stiff. Fold into cream cheese mixture. In a separate bowl add 3 T. sugar and amaretto to strawberries. Fold angel food cake into cream cheese mixture. In a Trifle bowl layer cake mixture , then strawberries. Repeat several times.
