2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 TBsp water
1/2 cup sifted flour
4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light; add milk, water & remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Use a small frying pan about 6 inches in diameter. Butter it lightly and heat well. Pour a few tablespoons of batter into the pan, just enough to give it a thin coating. Tilt the pan back & forth to spread the batter evenly. Cook the cakes over a moderate heat. When lightly browned on the bottom & firm to the touch on top, remove the cakes to a warm plate & keep warm. To assure tenderness the cakes should not be turned over. Continue cooking in this manner until batter is used, buttering the pan each time.
