Ingredients:  
1- 15 oz can black-eyed peas (rinsed and drained)
1- 15 oz can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
1- 15 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 small can white shoe-peg corn (drained)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper

Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp water
3/4 cupt apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup oil (not olive oil)
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients of marinade until boiling and boil for one minute. Pour marinade over remaining ingredients. Refigerate overnight. Drain and serve with tortilla chips or Fritos. May also be considered a salad.
