2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown, thawed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt (optional)
c. margarine (1/2 stick)
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Put in 9 x13 pan. Cut margarine into pieces over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
