1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. powdered sugar *

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Beat first 6 ingredients with mixer 3 minutes or until well blended. Add brown sugar and nuts - mix well. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and pour cake mix into pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes. Loosen cake from sides of pan and invert onto wire rack. Cool cake completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.

*Note: One of my hubby's favorite desserts! I've also warmed some Nutella and drizzled it on top instead of dusting with powdered sugar.
